One of the great things about the internet is that you can shop online! One of my favourite places to shop online is the Amazon.com Kindle Book store. Every so often I am in need of a new book to read and I love reading them on my Kindle app.
Another great thing about Amazon is their Affiliate program, users can share links for products and receive a percentage of the price for the recommendation of the product. The affiliate program is a great way for bloggers to earn some income from their blogs.
The other day I was thinking of these two things, my love for kindle books and affiliates. I know many of my American blogging friends are Amazon.com affiliates, so I have created a little game! It is a way for me to help out my friends who are affiliates.
Here is how it works, when I am going to order something from Amazon.com (such as an ebook) I will send out a tweet requesting an affiliate link for the product with the hashtag #FreeMoney in the tweet. The first person to send me their affiliate link will get to reap the benefits of my purchase!
I feel this is a fair way to spread around the benefits of the Amazon Affiliate program, while helping some great bloggers! If you would like to be able to send me affiliate links, be sure to follow me on twitter!
