We have seen the ads everywhere for different types of diets, but I can assure you that I have the key for healthy weight loss. My method is so fool-proof I can guarantee that when I used it, I lost 10 pounds in 10 days, and you can too! Just follow my quick and easy steps and in no time you will be shedding off the pounds!
The first thing you need to do is plan a trip to Africa, now I know that you may be hesitant already. If you can’t afford to travel to Africa I understand. Instead you will just have to follow my strict meal plan:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Brown Beans, Potatoes, Bacon, Beef Sausage
Lunch: Rice, Potatoes, Cooked Veggies in Sauce, Either Chicken, Fish, or Beef
Supper: Rice, Potatoes, Cooked Veggies in Sauce, Either Chicken, Fish, or Beef
No fruit, fresh vegetables, and only drink bottled water for 10 days. Also, if you can have the diarrhea for one day as well to cleanse your system.
This diet plan is not for everyone but it works, after 10 days in Africa and eating the same thing pretty much everyday by the end of our trip I did not have much of an appetite and when we got home I found out I had dropped 10 pounds and a few inches.
