You may not recognize me, because I am married now…. and just in case you were wondering, life is really good right now!!!!!
Tomorrow will be two weeks from our wedding day and so far so good! Tomorrow is also Jen’s birthday, so we are going to go out for a special breakfast since we have a wedding to go to tomorrow evening. I just had my birthday yesterday, and it was a great day!

What!?!? A blog post before noon?!?!?
I was called into work last night, and so this morning when it became time to drive the guys I support to work, we hit the local Tim Hortons, and then headed to work. On the way we passed a crossing guard. The one guy I was driving knew the crossing guard and so they waved to each other and smiled. When I was heading back to drop the van off, I passed him again and this time he smiled and waved at me. He doesn’t even know me, and that was a good way to start the day.
Sometimes just a simple wave accompanied by a smile is a small thing we can do to brighten someone’s day! Try It!

Today was Valentines day, one of those days every year where the stores are full of guys who are cutting it too close to the wire. Today was a special Valentines for Jen and I because it is our last one before we are married this summer so to celebrate, I had to work. Not really the fairy tale ending most people would hope for, normally we would just celebrate together either a day before or after but I have worked/been busy since Friday until this Friday which never usually happens. So it has been a lackluster Valentines Day this year, but we will try and make the best of it!
