You may have heard recently that there is a new particle in town, the Higgs Boson, well that’s not true. You may have heard recently that scientists have discovered the Higgs Boson, that also is not true. Also, you may have heard that the finding of the Higgs Boson validates the Big Bang Theory, once again, not true.
You may have fallen victim this past week to the prey that is the media. Hearing news of the discovery of the Higgs Boson, or many of the different headlines news outlets were choosing.
I have been reading multiple articles on it and multiple responses to those articles. In its most basic form, the discovery of the Higgs Boson, is the discovery of the final part of the standard model of physics.
It does not explain how the earth was created, it does not disproves God, actually upon researching it provides and great example of intelligent design.
Scientists have been looking for the Higgs Boson for many decades and it looks like they have found it, millions of dollars later, that is.
